プライバシーポリシー

• 本アプリ（SONAE）はアカウント登録を必要とせず、氏名等の個人情報を収集しません。
• 位置情報（GPS）は次の目的でのみ使用します。
  • 最寄りの避難所の検索・距離計算：端末内で処理し、当社サーバーへは送信しません。
  • 住所の表示（通報サポート）：国土地理院の住所変換API（逆ジオコーディング）へ座標を送信します。
  • ルート案内・地図表示：利用者が操作したときに、Google／Appleの地図サービスへ座標を渡します。
• アクセス解析・広告・トラッキングは行いません。
• 位置情報の利用許可は、端末の設定でいつでも取り消せます。

免責事項

• 本アプリは内閣府・消防庁・気象庁・国土地理院等の公的情報に基づきますが、内容の正確性・最新性・完全性を保証しません。
• 避難所データは国土地理院「指定緊急避難場所データ」（各市町村が災害対策基本法に基づき指定）によりますが、市町村の最新の指定と異なる場合があります。最新は各市町村にご確認ください。
• 経路案内は地図アプリによる通常の道案内で、災害時のハザード（浸水・土砂・倒壊等）を考慮しません。
• 緊急時は自治体・消防・警察等の指示を最優先し、最終判断はご自身の安全を最優先に行ってください。
• 本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、開発者は責任を負いません。

利用規約

• 本アプリは無償で提供されます。
• 防災行動の補助を目的とし、専門的判断や公的機関の指示を代替するものではありません。

Privacy Policy (English)

• SONAE requires no account and does not collect personal information such as your name.
• Location (GPS) is used only for: (a) finding nearest shelters / distance — processed on your device, not sent to our servers; (b) showing your address (call assist) — coordinates are sent to the GSI reverse-geocoding API; (c) routes/maps — coordinates are passed to Google/Apple Maps when you tap.
• No analytics, ads, or tracking. You can revoke location permission anytime in device settings.

Disclaimer (English)

• Based on public information (Cabinet Office, FDMA, JMA, GSI); accuracy, currency and completeness are not guaranteed.
• Shelter data follows GSI designated emergency evacuation sites (designated by each municipality) and may differ from the latest designations — confirm with your municipality.
• Routes are normal map directions and do not avoid disaster hazards. In emergencies, prioritize instructions from authorities; the final decision is yours, with your safety first.
• The developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of this app.
