A. はい。全国の避難所データと行動ガイドを内蔵しており、電波が無くても最寄りの避難所と取るべき行動を確認できます（住所変換・地図の経路案内のみ通信が必要です）。Yes. Nationwide shelter data and the action guides are built in, so they work without a signal (only address lookup and map routing need a connection).
Q. 位置情報は何に使われますか？How is my location used?
A. 最寄りの避難所の検索と、通報時の現在地の住所表示にのみ使用します。広告・トラッキングには使用せず、当社サーバーには保存しません。Only to find the nearest shelter and to show your address for emergency calls. Never for ads or tracking, and never stored on our servers.
Q. 避難所データの出典は？Where does the shelter data come from?
A. 国土地理院「指定緊急避難場所データ」（各市町村が災害対策基本法に基づき指定）に準拠しています。It follows the GSI "designated emergency evacuation sites" data (designated by each municipality under Japanese law).
Q. 表示が最新でない/避難所が見つからない場合は？Data looks outdated or no shelter found?
A. 市町村が指定を随時更新するため差異が生じることがあります。上記メールへご連絡ください。緊急時は必ず自治体・消防・警察の指示を最優先してください。Municipalities update designations over time. Please email us. In an emergency, always follow instructions from local authorities, fire, and police first.
